About Us
Athlete Ally’s mission is to educate and activate the Brandeis athletes and the entirety of the student body to eliminate homophobia and transphobia in sports and to exercise their leadership to champion LGBTQI+ equality. We hope to bring these values to create a safe space specifically for queer students and also create a space for allies to learn more about what it takes to be inclusive. Additionally, we hope to support the journey of queer athletes at Brandeis and fight for not only their rights to compete, but also to live in society without fear.
