About Us
The Brandeis Animajors Club For All (BACA) is a student run organization that operates with the intention of connecting the community of Anime enjoyers at Brandeis as well as introducing the genre of anime to all those who show interest. Anime is Japanese animation and is a genre that has found huge success and appreciation worldwide in the past decades. The purpose of BACA is to create a forum for shared appreciation and viewing of anime here in the Brandeis community that is open to all, and democratically run. BACA also aims to dispel the stigmas and negative connotations of people who watch anime through building a safe space for anime appreciation. The Brandeis Anime Club aims to build a stronger community at Brandeis University through a shared love of anime, culture, and film.
