Details

On Friday November 22nd, we will be having our second journal club of the semester. Our journal club committee will be presenting a paper on the mechanism of type 2 defense-associated reverse transcriptase (DRT2) systems, which produce toxic and repetitive proteins that inhibit bacterial cell propagation. These systems are important for defense against bacteriophages.
