About Us
The Community Engagement Ambassadors strive to cultivate a connected, inclusive, and justice-oriented campus by collaborating with one another and with the Department of Student Engagement to support meaningful community engagement. Through peer-to-peer mentorship, intentional collaboration with service, activism, advocacy, social justice, and cultural organizations, and coordinated programming across campus, Ambassadors work to expand access to community service and civic engagement opportunities. Guided by a strong commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion, we aim to ensure that all marginalized populations are represented and supported. By partnering with campus leaders, serving as a resource for students, and leading initiatives such as days of service, we strengthen the impact of community engagement and empower students to create positive, lasting change.
