Join us as we celebrate National Native American Heritage Month with a special conversation featuring Dr. David Shane Lowry, author of Lumbee Pipelines: American Indian Movement in the Residue of Settler Colonialism.

Dr. Lowry will discuss the themes of his book, exploring the intersections of Indigenous identity, activism, and the lasting impact of settler colonialism in contemporary America. This event offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of Native history, culture, and advocacy through meaningful dialogue and community engagement.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Everyone is welcome.
