About Us

The Brandeis University Law Journal is an undergraduate publication dedicated to fostering thoughtful discussion on legal developments, theory, and policy that reflect the intellectual rigor of our university. We publish various pieces such as essays, articles, op-eds, and book reviews written and peer-edited by our students. Our mission is to publish a one-of-a-kind law journal showcasing Brandeis academic excellence and promote academic and legal engagement with an eye to a broad audience.
