M.A.P.S. (Minority Association for Pre-medical Students) aims to provide underrepresented pre-med students with knowledge, skills, and experience that are both prerequisite and concomitant to professional participation in health care fields. MAPS helps improve minority matriculation into all professional health related programs, with an emphasis on medicine through workshops and community building.
The membership of this organization shall be open to all members of the Brandeis University community. Members will attend general meetings and participate and engage with each other weekly. Members should respect the safe space provided by the MAPS meetings which will be focused on the ideas of community and inclusivity.
