Namaskar is a group established to educate and promote Hindu, Jain, and Sikh culture and spiritual heritage on Brandeis University's campus.
Namaskar is a group established to educate and promote Hindu, Jain, and Sikh culture and spiritual heritage on Brandeis University's campus.
Students, faculty members, and all other members of the university body are welcome to join Namaskar. In the Fall semester, you can expect our annual Diwali celebration and discussions as well as other events for sharing culture and traditions with the Brandeis community. In the spring semester, you can expect our annual Holi celebration on Chapel's Field to welcome the arrival of spring. We'll also have weekly mediation sessions and special pujas in the Dharmic Prayer Space in the SCC.
