In coordination with Student Accessibility Support, Brandeis Library is participating in Neurodiversity Celebration Week (March 16-20, 2026). Stop by our highlighted counter book display throughout the month of March to find books by neurodivergent authors, books about neurodiversity, and fiction and comics featuring neurodivergent characters. The book display is located at the Information & Borrowing Desk in Goldfarb. You can also view ebooks in our themed collection on DeisGallery.

We will be tabling throughout the week to promote our upcoming events and programs that are taking place during Neurodiversity Celebration Week! We are also partnering with Active Minds for a "Trash your Insecurities" activity to bring awareness of the connection between neurodiversity and mental health. The Brandeis Counseling Center (BCC) clinicians will also be present in case there are any questions about accessing mental health services on campus. Stop by for fidgets, resources, and other giveaways! Tabling will take place in the Shapiro Campus Center (SCC) Atrium on the following days and times:

Wednesday, March 18th: 12pm - 2pm
Thursday, March 19th: 1pm - 3pm

Take a moment to escape the academic hustle and take a break at the Oasis Wellness Lounge, your haven for relaxation located in the Shapiro Campus Center (SCC) room 328.

The Oasis Wellness Lounge is situated in the shared office suite of the Office of Health and Wellness Promotion (HAWP) and Department of Orientation and First Year Experience. Open hours are listed on HAWP's website and staffed by Bridge to Wellness peer educators, First Year and Midyear Ambassadors, and interns.

Join the Rose Art Museum and Brandeis’s Student Accessibility Support for a tour of Fabricated Imaginaries: Crafting Art.
"Fabricated Imaginaries" highlights how unconventional techniques and materials inform contemporary art, creating new meanings and connections. We invite you to consider how the artists in “Fabricated Imaginaries” have used disparate materials to weave their cultures, experiences, and histories into powerful works of art.

Join us for a patch design workshop inspired by works on view at the Rose Art Museum Tour of Fabricated Imaginaries: Crafting Art.

Join the SAS graduate student Peer Accessibility Liaisons (PALs) for a discussion event. We will be discussing our favorite media (books, films, TV shows) created by Neurodivergent Creators. Bring a work by your favorite creator to discuss with the group. You are welcome to join, even if just to reflect together.

Join us for trivia night on Thursday from 7p-9pm in the SCC MPR! Come as a team of up to 6 or join a team when you arrive. Prizes for the top 3 teams each night! This event has been intentionally structured to reduce sensory overload and provide a neuro-affirming environment! This includes:
Low lights and controlled sound (controlled volume/lower volume for music, no sudden noises). Ear plugs available if needed.
Structured rounds with written and verbal instructions.
Flexible seating and space to get up and move around as needed.
Fidgets and coloring books at each table.
Option to participate for the whole night or partial, and step out for breaks as needed!
Option to participate solo or in small teams (you do not need to come with a team).
Sensory-friendly prizes!
Food will be served from PLNT Burger (accommodating a variety of dietary needs).
