Mission Brandeis Taekwondo seeks to help its members of all experience levels learn self defense, improve physical and mental health, and meet new people.
Membership BenefitsTaekwondo is a great way to learn techniques and methods to protect yourself. Practicing Taekwondo also increases flexibility, strength, and physical endurance, and assists in mood regulation and stress relief. Finally, members will meet new people with similar interests and build bonds to last throughout college.
Brandeis Taekwondo has a total of 280 points.
