Here is the sign up sheet for tonight's practice in Gosman from 8-10pm. A reminder we still have e-board applications open until Nov. 8 so if you are interested please fill it out by then.
Here are the rules for the sign-up sheet:
1. Honor system - put your own name on there and do not delete someone else's to put your own. There is a waitlist for a reason so do not act in bad faith--we have our eyes on you all.
2. Do not bring others who are not signed up - We only have so much space so please do not bring those who are not on the list as it is disruptive to practice and disrespectful to those who are filling out the form properly.
3. Do not be a no show - your name is on the list for a reason if you sign up for it. If you sign up for practices it means you are committed to coming. If you do not show up after a few practices of filling out the form and taking a spot from someone else then we will be removing you from the line-up until we have a private meeting with you.
4. Cancellation - if you sign up but cannot make practice please remove your name from the list before practice. For anyone on the waitlist, the empty stop becomes first come first serve, so make sure to check out the list to see if there are any openings before practice.
5. Waitlist - the waitlist is endless, so do not worry if there are no more numbered spots. Simply add another number and place your name on the waitlist. With life you never know when 15 people may drop out!
6. Notify us if missing some of Practice - on the sign-up sheet write it down if you are leaving early or arriving late. Or email a member of e-board.
