An introduction to Vietnamese culture through different types of rolled food from each of the three regions. Enjoy dishes like Bánh Cuốn (steamed rice rolls), Spring Rolls, and Bò Lá Lốt (grilled beef in betel leaves). Experience the flavors by immersing yourself in the process of making these rolled dishes, and learning about the cultural significance of these traditional bites. We will provide ingredients and teach people to make their own food including spring rolls and Bo La Lot. Utilizing the ICC kitchen and our equipment, people will be able to make their own rolls and customize them. At the end, everyone will get to eat their own and others’ creations, while learning about the cultural significances of these rolled food.
