Join us for Brandeis’ Asian Pacific American Heritage Month (APAHM) Closing on Sunday, March 29, 2026, featuring a panel discussion: “Beyond Representation: Asian American Leadership in Underrepresented Spaces.” This conversation will explore the often invisible barriers Asian Americans face in leadership—ranging from stereotypes to informal power structures—and how leaders across sectors are navigating and reshaping those spaces.

Our panelists include Tackey Chan, Chair of the Massachusetts House Asian Caucus; Sam Hyun, Director of Government Relations at the The Asian American Foundation; and Young‑Seh Bae, Founder and Executive Director of the Community Inclusion and Development Alliance. Together, they will reflect on leadership, advocacy, and the evolving role of Asian Americans in public life.

The evening will run 6:00–9:00 PM at Sherman Function Hall, with the panel from 6:30–8:00 PM followed by informal conversation and networking! Hope to see you there.
