About Us

GirlUp is an international organization under the United Nations that has chapters in Secondary and Higher Education around the world. Our mission is centered on female empowerment and raising awareness about women’s issues around the world. We foster an all gender, race, socio-economic, ethnic, and religious inclusive community passionate about GirlUp’s mission, through service projects, bonding events, and educational-based events. Our events are open to everyone and we strongly encourage people to bring friends!
