About Us

JBA seeks to run a fun, safe, memorable, and educational after-school STEM enrichment programming for Stanley Elementary School students through the YMCA of Greater Boston program. JBA is perfect for anyone who loves working with kids or is thinking about becoming a teacher. We're always looking for volunteers who want to share their love for science, cooking, art, and more with kids in a classroom setting. JBA is also great for the Brandeis Clubs in Service initiative. We appreciate our current partnerships with Brandeis Prosthesis Club and Society for Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE), and we look forward to building new relationships with other clubs willing to provide volunteers and help create lesson plans for a semester-long program.
