About Us
The mission of the Brandeis University Student-Athletes of Color Organization is to serve as a safe place that promotes the overall growth and development of all athletic people at Brandeis. We also aim to enhance the student-athlete experience of historically marginalized racial groups at Brandeis by promoting principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. SAOC is committed to facilitating positive interactions between the members of our athletic student population with the rest of the student body, the greater Waltham community, and the University Athletic Association (UAA).
